Moneytree is an Umbrella Company for agency workers, which means that we acts as a ‘portable employer’, that the contractor can use to be paid for each assignment they undertake with multiple agencies. They are employed by Moneytree under a contract of employment which covers them for all assignments.
Once all of their timesheets are approved, the agency will instruct Moneytree to pay the contractors according to the actual time worked. As their employer, we ensure that the correct statutory deductions (tax, national insurance, pensions, etc) are deducted from their wages and paid across to the relevant authorities. We will then raise an invoice to the agency, and all that is left for you to do is to pay the invoice.
